이온폴리스는 인천광역시가 선정하는 '2026년 일자리창출 우수기업'에 이름을 올렸습니다. 지난해인 2025년 '인천 일하기 좋은 뿌리기업'으로 선정된 데 이어 2년 연속으로 고용과 근로환경 경쟁력을 인정받은 것입니다.

인천광역시는 서류심사와 현장실사, 심사위원회 심의를 거쳐 총 20개사를 일자리창출 우수기업으로 최종 선정하였으며, 올해부터는 청년고용 비율, 정규직 비율, 일·생활 균형, 근로환경, 사회공헌 활동 등 일자리의 질을 종합적으로 평가하는 방식으로 심사 기준을 강화하였습니다.

이온폴리스는 고용노동부 인증 장애인표준사업장(2020년 인증)이자 사회적기업(2023년 인증)으로, 장애인과 비장애인이 함께 근무하는 고용환경을 꾸준히 조성해왔습니다. 이러한 노력과 함께 사업 성장도 이어져, 2024년 약 67억원이던 매출이 2025년 약 94억 6천만원으로 증가하였습니다.

이번 인증에 따라 이온폴리스는 앞으로 2년간 경영안정자금 우대, 국내외 전시회 참가 지원, 기술·판로 지원, 신용보증 우대 등 총 29개 항목의 다양한 인센티브를 제공받게 됩니다.

이온폴리스는 이번 선정을 계기로, 장애인과 비장애인이 함께 성장하는 일터를 만들고 기술개발과 수출 확대를 통해 더 많은 양질의 일자리를 만드는 사회적기업으로 성장해 나가겠습니다.

IONPOLIS has been named a "2026 Excellent Job Creation Company" by Incheon Metropolitan City, marking its second consecutive year of certification following its selection as a "2025 Incheon Good Workplace Root Industry" company.

Incheon Metropolitan City selected 20 companies for this year's certification through document review, on-site inspection, and committee evaluation. Starting this year, the evaluation criteria were strengthened to assess the overall quality of jobs, including the ratio of youth and regular employment, work-life balance, working conditions, and social contribution activities.

IONPOLIS is a Ministry of Employment and Labor-certified standard workplace for people with disabilities (certified in 2020) and a certified social enterprise (certified in 2023), having consistently built an inclusive workplace where employees with and without disabilities work together. Alongside these efforts, the company's revenue grew from approximately KRW 6.7 billion in 2024 to approximately KRW 9.46 billion in 2025.

Under this certification, IONPOLIS will be provided with a range of incentives across 29 items over the next two years, including preferential business stabilization loans, support for domestic and international trade fairs, technical and market development assistance, and credit guarantee benefits.

Building on this recognition, IONPOLIS will continue to grow as a social enterprise that creates a workplace where employees with and without disabilities grow together, while expanding technology development and exports to create more good-quality jobs.
